Private Ice Rental

Book your group or community event at the Space City Ice Station! Although our ice calendar is generally filled, we currently have some ice times available for private rental. The fluctuating schedules of hockey leagues, figure skating, and other events also impact ice availability, so other times may be available.

Church & Youth Groups

Get the members of your church on ice for a night of terrific fun! Whether your congregation is interested in public skating or an evening of broomball, Space City Ice Station can accommodate your needs.

Broomball

Broomball is a fun team-building activity that is very popular with church and private user groups. Players wear tennis shoes (not supplied) and shoot a round ball with a plastic broom into the goal nets. It is an extremely fun and enjoyable sport that is suitable for everyone. The rules are similar to hockey, but less strict. We supply nets, brooms, and balls for the players.

Shinny

You & twenty five of your best buddies on ice: what could be more fun? We'll supply the ice, pucks, nets. We can even arrange for a referee if you wish, at an additional cost.

Corporate Events

Organize your next corporate or team building event with us!  We offer meeting rooms, ice activities such as broomball, ice skating, and curling, open grille and the second floor “Top Shelf” bar for you! Please contact Customer Service for available dates and times. 

Public Skating

Don't want to skate in a crowded environment? Get some friends together and rent the ice for an hour or two for your own private skate. Skate rentals are available at an additional cost.

Private Lessons

Want to improve your figure skating or hockey skills but have a hard time finding practice time? Rent the ice during off-peak hours for a one-on-one lesson, or get a group of friends together for a group practice or lesson.
